Drew this today after I finished watching 神雕侠侣 （Rotch）starring LiuYiFei and another actor. I love the love story in the drama, is so miraculously touching! I can’t stop crying whenever they part from each other. T^T
The letters on the picture was written by me, and I don’t really know how to explain it though it sum up what YangGuo feel for XiaoLongNv and what XiaoLongNv feel for YangGuo. ^^
Beef stew and My dungaree <3
Philpotts sell one of the best beef stew ever! ^o^ It’s really nice mixture of boiled beef with a great varieties of vegetables. <3 It always make me happy too! :D
Today I am going to Waterstone bookshop and read some books, do some research make some notes.. :3 Hopefully it will be fun!

Valentines is to become Super Sayayin!
I have a big stomach pain today, hopefully it will get better tomorrow…though it didn’t stop me from drawing a little comic strip about how i spent my valentine day today.. ^^ haha

What do you do when you get stuck in work? Well OvO I draw characters I like from animation I have watched! This one is Princess Mononoke! >:D
I am sure you recognise some of the characters here! :D I am doing an animation using a cartoony style so was doodling cartoon characters I used to watch and hopefully deconstruct the style and use it for my characters..
Animals in the party!
This is a card I made for a friend, the drawing took me a little while to do since I have never drawn rare animals I suppose! o⋯o Each of the animal represents my friend, the one in the middle (which is an ant-eater) is the birthday animal! :D I am the penguin on the very left haha ^^
Making a sketchbook is a hell of JOY!
The week before we had a book binding workshop with Miss Lucy, a very nice and classic lady. All the handmade book collection she has been saving are really beautiful and they inspire us to make books! Handmade books are awesome! We learnt how to make concertina, hard cover for concertina, saddle stitch and French stitch. The joy of book binding overwhelmed my whole day even my whole week, most of the time I spent cutting papers into same sizes, folding papers, sewing papers and making hard covers. it was one of the best week ever. I felt like a book binding machine, could not stop at all. And because of that I cut my finger. Anyway I have taken some pictures of the process of how I made the hard cover for the french stitch book before Mike was going to show us since I am really impatient girl, if I learn something I want to learn the next thing at once!
The sketchbook has been designed to be landscape.
I am not sure what length I should leave for the gaps between the card boards, but since I am glueing the card board leaving a 5mm in the edge of the spine I suppose doubled length of the gaps would make sense.
This part was quite a challenge but in the end it resulted as I expected.
However I am not sure what I am supposed to do here so I checked some of the books that has similar cover and book binding techniques and applied it to mine.
And this is how the hard cover for my sketchbook looks like!

How many pages is there in my new sketchbook? There are at least 23 pieces of A1 size cartridge paper that has been cut down into A4 size landscape.
On the book binding day, I saw Sarah and Katie have had their concertina hard cover lasercut, hence it sparkled my interest to do the same and see what woud happen. This is the image I lasercut with chinese letterings aside.

My little friend Monkey
This is Monkey, the sweetest friend in the world. ^^ Isn’t she cute?
We celebrated her birthday on January this year (2012) :D We bought her a little cake with lots of bananas surrounded… because she loves bananas! :)
